Touristik Travel Club respects privacy. This policy explains what we collect from agencies using our B2B platform, how we handle personal data, and your rights. For any privacy question, contact info@touristik.am.

Who we are & our role

For the data of Agency accounts and their staff users, Touristik Travel Club is the data controller. For the personal data of travellers that an Agency enters in order to make bookings, the Agency is the controller and Touristik acts as a processor on the Agency's behalf, using that data only to fulfil the booking.

What we collect

Agency and user account details (company, contact name, email, phone, login credentials); booking and traveller details submitted by the Agency (traveller names, contact and, where required, travel-document details); and basic technical and usage data (such as pages visited) to operate and secure the platform.

How we use it

To operate Agency accounts, process and fulfil bookings with suppliers, provide support, handle billing and settlement, prevent fraud and secure the platform, and meet legal and supplier requirements. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. Analytics load only after you accept cookies via the consent banner. You can decline or clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Sharing

Booking details are shared only with the suppliers needed to fulfil the booking (such as hotel aggregators, airlines, transfer and tour operators), with payment providers, and with authorities where legally required. Our IT and hosting providers may process data on our behalf under confidentiality. We do not share data for unrelated marketing.

International transfers

Because bookings are worldwide, supplier and traveller data may be transferred to suppliers located outside Armenia, but only as far as needed to fulfil the relevant booking.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting and supplier obligations.

Security

We apply access controls and other safeguards to protect personal data. Agencies are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for the activity of their staff users.

Your rights

Agencies and individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, or object to certain processing, by contacting info@touristik.am. Travellers whose data was submitted by an Agency should contact that Agency, as the controller of their data, in the first instance.
