These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Touristik Travel Club B2B booking platform by travel agencies and other registered travel businesses ("Agency", "you"). By registering for an account or making a booking, the Agency agrees to these terms. The platform is intended for travel trade use only and is not for direct sale to consumers.

1. About us

Touristik Travel Club ("Touristik", "we") is a business-to-business travel platform based in Yerevan, Armenia, providing travel agencies with net-rate access to hotels, tours, transfers, flights and tickets sourced from third-party suppliers. 2. Agency accounts & eligibility

The platform is available to registered travel agencies and travel businesses only. Each Agency is responsible for keeping its login credentials confidential, for all activity carried out under its account, and for the acts of its staff users. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend or close an account for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

3. Our role

Touristik acts as an intermediary and aggregator. We source inventory from third-party suppliers (such as hotel aggregators, airlines, transfer and tour operators) and are not ourselves the provider of the underlying travel services. Each service is subject to the supplier's own terms, rate rules and cancellation policy, which are shown at the time of booking and which the Agency accepts on behalf of its clients.

4. Rates, markup & bookings

Prices shown in the portal are net Agency rates. The Agency is free to add its own markup and sets the final price charged to its own clients. Availability and price may change until a booking is confirmed; a booking is confirmed only once the platform returns a confirmation. The Agency is responsible for reviewing the rate, room or service, dates, occupancy and cancellation terms before booking.

5. Payment & settlement

Payment and settlement terms are shown at the time of booking or set out in the Agency agreement and may vary by product and supplier. The Agency is responsible for paying Touristik for all bookings made under its account, whether or not it has collected payment from its own client. Overdue balances may result in suspension of the account.

6. Cancellations, amendments & refunds

Cancellation and amendment terms are governed by the underlying supplier's policy and are shown before booking. Penalties or non-refundable charges may apply. The Agency is responsible for communicating these terms to its clients and for handling its clients' cancellations. Refunds, where due, are passed to the Agency once received from the supplier.

7. Agency & traveller responsibilities

The Agency is responsible for the accuracy of the traveller and booking details it enters, and for ensuring its travellers hold valid travel documents (passport, visas, permits) and meet the entry and health requirements of the destination. Touristik is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect data or from missing or invalid documentation.

8. Data protection

Where the Agency submits personal data of its own clients in order to make bookings, the Agency is the data controller for that data and Touristik acts as a processor on the Agency's behalf, using the data only to fulfil the booking. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable use

Portal content, rates and data are provided solely for the Agency's own booking activity. You may not scrape, harvest, resell or redistribute rate feeds or data, nor share access to your account outside your business.

10. Liability

Touristik acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, errors or omissions of third-party suppliers beyond its reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the value of that booking. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
