1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

We collect data you give us directly (name, surname, email, phone, date of birth, passport details when required for visa or hotel bookings, payment information), data we collect automatically when you use the website (IP address, browser, device, pages visited, approximate location, cookies), and, for B2B partners, agency and contact-person details.

3. Why we use your data (legal basis)

We use your data to process your booking, provide the services you requested, communicate with you about your trip, issue invoices, comply with legal and tax obligations, prevent fraud, improve our services, and — where you have opted in — send marketing emails. The legal basis is the performance of the contract with you, our legitimate business interests, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required.

4. Who we share your data with

We share data only with parties necessary to deliver your booking: hotel and transport suppliers, local guides, airlines and API suppliers (such as Hotelbeds), payment processors, our accounting and legal advisors, and government authorities when required by law. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. International transfers

When you book services that are delivered outside Armenia, your data may be transferred to suppliers in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep booking data for as long as necessary to provide the service and for at least five (5) years thereafter to comply with tax and accounting laws of the Republic of Armenia. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent. Website analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular backups. No transmission over the internet is fully secure; you share data at your own risk.
