1. Who we are

Touristik LLC is a licensed travel agency registered in the Republic of Armenia, specialising in inbound tourism (incoming tours to Armenia) and providing travel services to both individual travellers and B2B partner agencies. Our registered office is at Komitas 38, Yerevan. Contact: info@touristik.am.

2. Services

We offer guided tours in Armenia (group and private), transfers, hotel reservations, visa support, and custom itinerary design. All services are described on our website and are subject to availability and confirmation. Tour itineraries may be modified for reasons of safety, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Bookings and confirmation

A booking request placed through our website or by email is an offer to purchase our services. A booking is confirmed only once we send a written confirmation and, where applicable, payment has been received. The contract between you and Touristik is formed at that point. You must provide accurate personal details. You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation for correctness.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the website are in the currency indicated and include the services explicitly listed in each tour description. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include international flights, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, tips, or optional excursions. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at our office, subject to the payment terms specified in your booking confirmation. Prices may be updated until a booking is confirmed.

5. Traveller responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport, any necessary visas, travel insurance, and that you are medically fit to participate in the tour. You must arrive on time at the designated meeting points. You must comply with local laws and behave respectfully towards guides, other travellers, and third parties. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct endangers the safety or enjoyment of others, without refund.

6. Changes and cancellations by us

We may cancel or modify a tour if circumstances require (e.g., insufficient group size, weather, safety, force majeure). In such cases we will offer you an alternative of equivalent value or a full refund of payments made to us for the cancelled portion of the tour. We are not liable for additional costs (flights, visas, hotels booked separately) not paid to Touristik.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Armenia, our liability for any loss arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid to Touristik for the affected service. We are not liable for loss caused by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, restaurants), for personal items, or for loss, injury, or damage resulting from your own actions, force majeure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We strongly recommend that every traveller holds valid travel insurance.

8. Intellectual property

All content on touristik.am — including text, images, logos, design, and tour itineraries — is owned by Touristik LLC or used under licence. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our prior written permission.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date shown above.
